A future transitional housing pilot for adult men.
About this initiative
Our planned pilot is designed for two to three men aged 18 and older, with private rooms and a six-to-twelve-month stay. The model includes meals, transportation, case management and a 24-hour house manager, bringing practical support and housing stability together.
What’s next
Future initiative; not operating. Launch depends on property, funding, staffing and confirmed partnerships.
